Kat has lived, worked, and studied—she has her BA in accounting from the UW—in Washington her entire life, lending her the unique knowledge of the Puget Sound region, including waterfront property sales, that accompanies a lifelong residency. For the last 20+ years, Kat has lived and raised her family on Bainbridge Island. Currently an empty nester, she enjoys the island's beautiful scenery, taking a long stroll through the woods or along the idyllic beaches. She also dedicates her time to volunteering in her community, spending years on the PTO, and now working with the Bainbridge Island Parks Foundation.
