As a graduate of Christ Church Episcopal School and University of South Carolina, Kate is a proud ambassador of Greenville and its surrounding areas, in particular her home, Fountain Inn. Born in New Jersey, she grew up in Greenville and has lived in the area for most of her life. She has always had a passion for the arts, attended SC Governor’s School for the Arts and went to college to seek her degree in fine arts and graphic design. Professionally, she has worked in various aspects of the real estate industry for over fifteen years, including multi-family property management, real estate marketing/publishing and residential real estate sales. By incorporating her sales and marketing skills, her keen eye for color and design and wealth of knowledge of the Greenville area, Kate is able to offer a unique approach to assisting both buyers and sellers.An Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Certified Luxury Home Specialist and REALTOR, Kate artfully guides her clients through the oft-intimidating process of buying and selling real estate in today’s dynamic market. Kate and her husband, James, are members of Fairview Presbyterian Church and enjoys singing in the church choir. She also sings in the Fountain Inn Chorale. She resides in beautiful Fountain Inn with her husband, James; dog, Ashton; and cat, Sebastian.
