This experience coupled with a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Finance from San Diego State University steered Kate in the direction of pursuing a career in multifamily investments and residential alike where she has enjoyed the facilitation of helping her clients cash out, exchange, and/or expand on their portfolio.
