About Kate

Kate was born and raised in Alaska but has called Colorado home since 2005. Colorado is an amazing place to live and the same things drew her here that have enticed so many other transplants - mountains, sunshine, and endless outdoor activities. With several family members in the mortgage industry and an unexpected experience of purchasing her family’s first home in a For Sale by Owner transaction, she developed an interest in real estate, and pursued a career as a Real Estate Agent. She believes there are so many benefits to being a homeowner and real estate is one of the most valuable investments people can make. Kate love helping people find homes and being part of such an exciting and big milestone in their lives. She is happy to help with any real estate needs, but especially enjoys helping first-time home buyers and people that need more space for growing families! Kate spends her free time with her husband, her baby daughter, and their rescue dogs - red heeler, Raleigh and husky, Lou. Together they like to travel, drink good coffee, explore the Colorado mountains, and hit some hard workouts at their local CrossFit gym or in their garage gym.
