With several years of experience in sales and design roles at a model home interior design firm, Kate excels at staging and merchandising homes to attract a specific market buyer. Kate has also worked alongside an upscale wedding planner styling design boards and decor as well as managing event coordination. She truly loves using her design vision to help clients turn the house they buy into the perfect fit for their lifestyle. Fixer-uppers, and renovating properties are areas of interest; and a keen focus on navigating the current online and social media environment allows Kate to give her clients an edge.

A Maryland native, Kate grew up in Western Howard County’s serene and rural Woodbine. After graduating from Glenelg High School, she earned a Bachelor of Science from Clemson University where she was a four-year NCAA Division I swimmer. After living in the DC metro area for several years, Kate is thrilled to call the Annapolis area her home and lives in Annapolis with her husband and two children. As a United States Naval Academy and military wife, Kate is familiar with relocation and military PCS. When not working, the proud college football fanatic is frequently spotted around town wearing orange and purple in support of her Clemson Tigers.
