As a resident of Lancaster County her entire life, Kate has an extensive knowledge of the area market, which allows her to aid buyers and sellers through a smooth transaction process. From the time she was 10 years old, her family owned a residential/commercial cleaning company named “Kate’s Cleaning.” Being raised in an entrepreneurial environment taught her the drive and dedication it takes to succeed in business, as well as in life. After high school, she attended Millersville University earning a BA in marketing. She then went on to create and manage several other successful businesses that centered around customer service, however, real estate was always her true passion. For the past 6 years, she has utilized the skills learned through her customer service background to benefit her passion for real estate.
