Kate Merrell

Born and raised in Ann Arbor, Michigan Kate came to Oregon with a Horticulture degree and worked managing ornamental tree nurseries for many years. A chance, but fateful encounter with a friend's friend found her dating a surfer raised in Cannon Beach and her coastal adventure began!

Kate is a self-professed ‘real estate junkie' before turning 40 she had built two new homes and done major remodels on three. Going into Real Estate as a professional was a natural transition and one which she has never looked back – Dana loves this work and have thoroughly enjoyed the success of the last 14 years and is looking forward to many more to come.
