Kate is the best realtor I have ever worked with! I needed to find a new apartment, and wanted to see as many as possible. Kate is available 24/7, 365! She works with a sense of urgency that is rare these days. I don’t think I have ever met someone that matches my sense of urgency! She is also very down to earth and friendly. She helped me quickly find the best apartment for my son and I. When I decide to buy, I am coming back to Kate!

She is thorough, professional and great to work with. She has great knowledge about neighborhoods and knew exactly what I was looking for. She is honest, upfront and extremely communicative - always available for phone calls, texts, and emails.

Kate is a pro! She knows when to put in the extra work in sharing the excitement of a new abode, and at the same time, she knows how to respect a boundary when you just need a little time to let things settle in. I would recommend enlisting Kate to help you find your next home, condo or even just a rental. So glad I hired her tk hell my find my condo which I am sitting in right now and enjoying a beautiful view of Lake Michigan!
