I can't say enough good things about Kat! We worked with a few agents trying to find our forever home. But she read between the lines of our wishlist and opened our mind to a suburb we were not even considering. Ultimately we bought in that suburb because it was exactly what we were looking for and we didn't know it!

While in appointments Kat is warm, helpful and supportive. She understood this was our journey and was happy to go at our speed. Some agents in the same company lack emphaty and the second you take too much of their time they get desperate and pushy ....

Kat was an joy to be around, she works hard, takes time to understand you and on top of that she is super kind with children. We had to bring our kids along due to lack of childcare.

I would recommend Kat any day! And I would absolutely work with her again!

We are in our forever home now, thanks to her advice!

Katerina is a fantastic person to work alongside. She is very professional and she is generally just a nice person. She has helped me give advice to my clients on design choices colors etc. especially for high-end homes that need a refreshing in order to sell for the highest amount of money in the least amount of time with the least amount of stress. I enjoy working with her! 😁
