Since beginning her career in 2008 and joining Ermine Lovell in 2011, Katie has built a reputation for delivering exceptional results across residential sales, vacation homes, and investment properties throughout Falmouth, Mashpee, Bourne, and the surrounding Upper Cape villages. She became co-owner in 2019, continuing the tradition of locally owned leadership while guiding the firm into its next chapter.
Katie’s approach is highly personalized and strategic. She understands that every property and every client is unique. In addition to serving her own clients, Katie plays an active role in managing the day-to-day operations of the office and is involved in every transaction within the firm. She provides hands-on guidance and strategic oversight to her agents, ensuring a high level of professionalism, compliance, and client care across the board.
