My husband and I are so lucky to meet such an agent as Katherine. She's very professional, helpful and kind. We found an apartment, requested a tour and Katherine responded straight away. We loved the apartment, but were not sure first. She showed it to us 1 more time and we made our minds. Katherine helped us with the documents, answered all the questions and waited patiently for our confirmation. It took just a few days to sign all the documents and move in.
We were very surprised to see that she prepared welcome gifts for us. This helped us feel at home.

I had the good fortune of being connected with Kathy through another Berkshire Hathaway agent who had represented me in a recent home purchase.

I own a rental condominium in the Culver City area, and was referred to Kathy for her expertise in Culver City leasing. I could not have been happier with Kathy's outstanding service in locating a reliable and creditworthy tenant. Kathy's professionalism is unsurpassed, and her frequent communication throughout the process assured me that my listing was in good hands.

Kathy found an excellent tenant and brokered a lease signing within 15 days of obtaining the listing. The listing had previously sat with another agent for well over a month, so I was impressed with how quickly Kathy got the job done. She oversaw the whole process end-to-end: taking photos, listing on MLS and Zillow, showing to prospects, accepting applications, running tenant background checks, processing lease forms, conducting MIMO inspections, and advising on how to maximize marketability.

From the first time we showed interest in buying our first home, Kathy sent us tons of listings and was willing to drive out all the way from L.A to the San Diego area where we were interested in buying.

She walked us though every step of the process and we made three offers but we’re outbid. Kathy did not give up and found our dream home that had everything we can ask for and more. Kathy negotiated the offer and the sellers accepted.

Kathy answered all of our million questions and walked us through every step of the process. She is an extremely detailed professional and goes over and above to make things happen.

Kathy was very professional ,very organized, very prompt , answered all our questions and listens to all our

concerns . She also provided us with emotional support having a very difficult and complicated tenants.
