A St. Mary’s native, Kathy, and her husband love their family and community. Kathy considers herself a go-to resource that always knows who to contact to get things done in the area. Her contacts in the community help her to give proper guidance to her clients as they navigate the process of buying and selling.

They live on the family farm, and her two adult children and four grandchildren also live nearby on the property. Kathy is very dedicated to the community and has volunteered her time to the Hollywood Carnival, Firehouse dinners, and area events. Along with her family, Kathy is an avid fundraiser for Relay for Life and raised over $30,000 in a single year for this worthy cause. Whenever they can, they try to get to Ocean City to enjoy the beach.
