Kate has been a real estate professional for over ten years in both the commercial and residential sectors. Before representing residential clients in Westchester, she spent several years managing the assets of an institutional real estate fund, including a portfolio of residential properties in Paris and a 1.5 million square foot office building in Lower Manhattan. Her experience working with residential buyers and sellers, investor owners and commercial tenants has provided her with a diverse skillset and an ability to serve her client’s every need.

Kate met her husband, a French national, while he was working as a consultant in the United States. Together, they have travelled the world, while enjoying opportunities to live in Paris, Rome, and Singapore. After several years abroad, they settled in Manhattan where they began their family. Eventually, Kate and her husband looked to Westchester for a place to call home. They quickly fell in love with the Sound Shore due to its abundance of greenspace, proximity to the water, and accessibility to the city that they so enjoy.

Kate has become an active member of the community, as a board member of the neighborhood beach association and through her involvement in the school that her children attend. She loves welcoming people new to the area, by sharing her personal experiences and knowledge of local resources.
Kate is excited to be collaborating with buyers and sellers of real estate in this beautiful part of New York. She works with each seller client to develop a marketing plan based on their individual expectations and motivations. When working with buyers, Kate uses her knowledge of the market to help her clients find the right home at the right price. Her goal is to position her clients in the strongest negotiating position possible, while ensuring a smooth and seamless process.

Kate collaborates with clients fluently in either English or French.
