Katherine Pennington

Katherine Pennington is a seasoned Real Estate Agent in the Washington metropolitan region with extensive experience in the high-end residential market. She has been part of more than $500 million in closed real estate transactions with the top three brokerage firms in the Washington area.

Working alongside the region's top brokers, Katherine has helped manage negotiations for a broad range of clients, including industry leaders and top foreign and domestic government officials. She is passionate about handling every aspect of the transaction down to the smallest detail, allowing her clients to feel confident in their choices and at ease with the process. Katherine also has deep experience with first time homebuyers, helping them to navigate the complexities of such an important investment, especially in a competitive market.

A Maryland native, Katherine returned to the Washington area after graduating from Elon University in 2017. She also attended local preparatory school Saint James in Hagerstown, MD. Katherine grew up in a family of real estate and housing entrepreneurs where she saw firsthand the excitement of helping each person or family find a place to call home.

When she’s not thinking about real estate, Katherine is active in her community and serves as a board member for WGIRLS DC, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering women and children in underserved communities.
