She established her real estate career in tough times, successfully marketing and selling luxury golf course homes during the recession of the early 80s. When Kathi and her husband moved to Martin County in 1990, they started their own real estate franchise, Realty Executives – Treasure Coast. When the Company was sold seven years later, it had 70 agents. She stops working only when the right buyer or home is found. A strong commitment.
