Kathi has made our buying experience a very pleasant experience as we were living in Los Angeles and relocating to Alaska - Kathi Olmstead was the person who answered and I explained to her my predicament and my needs as my wife was handicapped and never seen snow. So we had to find a place that we can lock up and stay for the winter. Kathi took my request very seriously and within 2 days she called me and told me to check out a link that she sent me. She assured me that this was suitable. I returned her call and told her that we will be in Anchorage soon & 2 inspections later with my wife being an attorney we signed the contract, paid the deposit and asked Kathi to have it vacant by July 30th. Kathi kept her promise. I would just like to emphasize that all the negotiations Kathi took care of us. Kathi came back to the house on many occasions and made sure that we were comfortable.
