Kathleen Allen

My professional career focused on managing national mobile and capital programs for the United States Postal Service, Area and Headquarters level. Successful management of high level programs lead to my recruitment by the Department of Homeland Security Headquarters. I served as the Director Postal & Shipping Sector where I finished my career with 39 years of Federal Service, the majority in senior level management positions.

In 2014 I started my real estate career with RE/MAX Professionals. Very quickly I realized my skills in managing national programs transitioned into the real estate sector. I have applied the same dedication to my clients as I did throughout my federal career. However, it is more gratifying to work with families and sit at the closing table when the excitement of property conveyance takes place.
