Kathleen is truly knowledgeable in the field. I have had three transactions with her. The first was the purchase of our Condo in 2013. She was able to find me the condo and a location that I loved in an extremely competitive market within my price range. Next, in late 2020, I reached out to Kathleen because it was time to move to our forever home. Although it was a sellers’ market, we were able to purchase the house $15,000 cheaper than asking. Finally, we reached out to Kathleen again, in 2021, because we decided to sell the Condo. We sold it for $6,000 more than asking and closed around three weeks afterwards. She is the great because she is on time and understands the real estate industry. So, if you are looking for someone who can buy, sale, and negotiate properties, she is the realtor for you!
