My wife and I wanted to buy a home in the Phoenix area, but were living in another state. We discussed our requirements and looked at online listings with Kathleen for a couple of weeks before flying in for a week; we spent the whole week touring houses, and found exactly what we wanted. Kathleen made us her top priority for that time, and was extremely helpful throughout the entire home buying process. We are very happy with the outcome and would highly recommend her.

With such a crazy housing market, I knew that we needed someone to help make sure we are getting the most out of our home. Building a new home and looking to get an offer that gave us the flexibility to stay in our place until construction had finished was very challenging in marketing to the right buyer and positioning us competitively. Kathleen not only understood the market better than anyone else, getting an offer above our "do you think we can sell it for this" number; but, she also expertly negotiated a post-possession agreement to give us that peace of mind before moving.
