Kathleen McDonough

A resident of Montclair for over 30 years and a top producing agent for over twenty, Kate is a Past President of the Junior League of Montclair Newark and Past Chairman of the Central Business District Revitalization Committee. She was an active member and fundraiser for Montclair’s Public Schools’ PTA and the Montclair Fund for Educational Excellence. Kate has three children, Bryn, Trevor, and Delaney – all graduates of the Montclair Public Schools.

In addition, she has been a member of the New Jersey Association of Realtors’ Circle of Excellence since 1995 earning the Platinum or Gold level every year since 1999. She earned her New Jersey Real Estate Broker’s license in 2009. In 2018, Kate was the top associate for volume and units in the company. Additionally, she received the 2018 Prominent Properties Sotheby’s President’s Award.

While Kate is always attentive and responsive to her clients, she enjoys theater, tennis, reading, mahjong, and vacations on the beach. She is an enthusiastic ambassador of Montclair and the area and can always offer tips on the best of what her community has to offer from the newest restaurant to the friendliest hardware store.
