Kathleen Caulfield Meyer began her career at Coakley Realty in 1996 . Kathleen's 27+ years of real estate experience includes Commercial and Residential Sales and Leasing. Kathleen has also successfully appealed real estate tax assessments at the highest level of appeal in Montgomery County and Washington D.C. Her real estate experience has included transactions in Maryland, Virginia and Washington D.C. She has utilized expert negotiation skills when dealing with multiple contract offers and complex deals. Her experience includes selling: Commercial Buildings, Condominium/Townhouse Offices, Investment Properties, Land, and Historic Properties.
