Kathleen Newell

Kathleen is a native of Chicago, growing up in the Lakeview neighborhood. She graduated from the University of Missouri in 2017 with a major in Communication and a minor in Business. Her emphasis was Mass Media in which she interned with CNN's Morning Programming and University of Missouri's Sports Broadcasting.

Her experience with Real Estate stems from her parent's successful construction company that focused on residential, multi-family and mixed-use development on the Northside of Chicago. Kathleen assisted the company with administrative functions, managing tenants and property maintenance. Kathleen has a passion for this business and will naturally excel in the real estate profession.
