I've used Lifetime twice as a buyer and seller and Kathleen is highly recommended. She is very knowledgeable and will help you navigate the paperwork, point out the key areas you should look for, and above all honest and will look out for you. I've work with a number of agents and the past, based on my experience, I cannot give a better recommendation. She was integral in getting a large commercial complex deal bought and sold. As first time home buyers, we were a bit nervous about the process because we had heard horror stories about the stress and emotions that came with house hunting.

The first time we met Kathleen, she blew us away. She was incredibly friendly and made us feel comfortable to start the process. She was very knowledgeable about real estate and the market. She walked us through every step and made it easy to understand.

Kathleen had a program she used for her company that would send us homes every time it matched our search criteria. Once we saw something we liked, we added it to our "possible" folder so she could take us to see the homes. We would set aside days to house hunt and each day, Kathleen had a list of homes for us to look at organized by location and mapped out perfectly.

You really have to be patient when house hunting in this market. We are picky and were not in a rush to find a home so we wanted to find the one that fit our wants and needs.

One year later, we found our home! Kathleen was with us through every step of the way. She dealt with the sellers agent, the lenders, every single person involved went through her first. She made sure things were done correctly and she minimized the process for us so we didn't have to do extra or unnecessary work. She was phenomenal with communicating all the info between all parties.

On the day we closed, she brought us our keys and surprised us with an edible arrangement bouquet, congratulation balloons, and our keys attached. It was such a sweet gesture! We will go to Kathleen for all of our real estate needs and will be recommending everyone we know to go see her!! You will not be disappointed when choosing her as your agent!!

Kathleen was very helpful in purchasing my first home. She was very professional and responsive. She was succinct in all her explanations for any queries I had of her. She genuinely tried her best to get me a great deal and gave honest opinions when I asked for them.

She was able to get showings for me as fast and as best as possible and would always keep me up to date with the status of my searches. Her portal made it easy to find all the houses I'm looking for that fit in my criteria.

She goes above and beyond in her service as well. Especially during these times, she would do her best to keep herself, me, and all other parties safe and followed all safety protocols.
