Kathy is an excellent realtor and a wonderful person(No I'm not related in any way). First let me say that I've bought and sold numerous properties without using a realtor but with this hard to market and sell property I was very fortunate to connect with Kathy. She sold my condo in about a week and went above and beyond to do it. I highly recommend her and this is coming from someone who was skeptical about using a realtor at all. I actually started by listing FSBO on Zillow but found it difficult to manage living on the other coast. Kathy handled EVERYTHING which made it easy for me. This was not a high dollar property but Kathy still went above and beyond to get it sold and settled in a short time frame. She is really good at her job and has excellent communication skills. If you are buying or selling I highly recommend her!
