Kathryn DeBlasio

Born and raised in upstate New York, Kathy moved to Chapel Hill to attend UNC and has stayed in the area, for the most part, for the last 25 years! With degrees in sports medicine, she worked as an athletic trainer for UNC, Duke and Wake Forest for a few years before taking her rehab experience into hospital based wellness. Kathy managed personal training, massage therapy and performance testing departments at the UNC Wellness Centers, helping to bring wellness solutions to her community. She has taken her problem solving, detail orientation and people skills into real estate to assist sellers and buyers through exciting transitions.
