Kathryn is a full-time Realtor® with over 16 years working from the Weichert -McLean office, with hundreds of transactions under her belt and over $160,000,000 in closed sales. Kathryn has also lived in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Maryland, and California. Kathryn was initially hesitant to move here but has discovered the region neighborhood by neighborhood and has since fallen in love with the area. Whether out in DC, Maryland, or Virginia there is something for everyone here just waiting to be found. This region offers so much diversity, great public schools, cultural exhibits, festivals, nature, shopping, restaurants, museums and theater shows, sporting events, public gardens, Arena and outdoor concerts at Wolf Trap, woods, and trails to go hiking and biking and even places to go sailing, kayaking, paddle boarding and so much more. You just have to know where to look. Kathryn has even earned her Captain’s license since moving here. Kathryn currently lives in McLean but has also lived in Vienna, Centreville, and Loudoun County. Kathryn can help you navigate the large Northern Virginia/MD/DC area and help you find the neighborhood that is right for you. Kathryn has 3 amazing children and knows how important finding a great home in an excellent school district is for many families having navigated those waters with my own children. She also has 2 dogs, Angie and Holly, who just love walking the trails at Scotts Run Park and Great Falls Park.
