Kathryn Hamlin

Those may be just words to some, but for Kathy Hamlin, this is foundation of her business.

After a career as a music teacher in Clovis Unified, Kathy spent time at home to care for aging parents and her family. During those years she was a leading volunteer with the City of Clovis, First Presbyterian Church in downtown Fresno, and at Clovis East High School. Serving others has always been a core principle in her life.

In 2013, Kathy started a new season of life and earned her Real Estate License. By 2016, she was a top 5% producer with over $7 million in sales for Guarantee Real Estate. In 2017, she began mentoring new agents in the Fig Garden branch. In 2018, she was the Director of New Agent Training and Recruiting for Guarantee, tapping into her love for teaching and helping new agents launch their careers.

Kathy is excited to be back serving her clients full time, which allows her to spend more time with family as well. Her clients are very supportive of her business and refer their friends and family members to her.
