Kathryn Jones, Kat as many call her, is known for integrity, diplomacy and sincerity in all her dealings. Every transaction, she believes, is about her clients. “You are the driver, I am the navigator to guide, educate, and provide you with the best service possible.”
Key to Kathryn’s success has also been the result of her patient demeanor and dedicated work ethic. Her main intention is to understand her client’s needs and build a relationship that will last for years. When orchestrating deals for her buyers and sellers, Kathryn is assertive and effective without being too aggressive. Prior to entering real estate, Kathryn spent most of her adult career in management, mainly training staff and writing step by step procedure manuals. Her comfort level spans serving everyone from all walks of life looking to find their perfect home. She began in the Lake Arrowhead, Crestline, and Running Springs areas and then moved to Big Bear which lends to mountain-wide knowledge.
She has three adult children, one who is a Big Bear Realtor, also with Sotheby’s. “She’s the one who started me on this path and said that I would be good at it.” She also says “This business suits my personality because no two transactions are alike, I enjoy the challenges of creative thinking and finding win-win solutions.
