I cannot say enough good things about Kate Kelly. She really went above and beyond to help my husband and I find our perfect apartment. She is communicative and prompt and only showed us the apartments that fit our criteria so there wasn't any weeding out of unnecessary properties. Additionally, she is really really nice and it really feels like she is on your side and not just looking out for herself. We had a few hiccups in the process and she really made the effort to see us through to get us into a place we absolutely love. I really hate moving, but I honestly am looking forward to the day when we are ready to buy a house because she will be my first call.

My fiancé and I had a wonderful experience working with Kate while searching for our (first) perfect home! As first-time homebuyers, Kate made the experience fun, educational and smooth. She stayed on top of the market and displayed nothing but professionalism from start to finish.
