Kathryn Pancost

Kathryn was born and raised in Boulder, Colorado where most of her family currently resides.

Kathryn grew up in the ranching community along with having the privilege to start hunting at an early age thanks to her father and grandfather’s passion for the outdoors.

Kathryn’s background in the farm and ranching lifestyle included helping her father run a cow/calf operation, team rope, and sell Angus beef.

On the hunting side of things Kathryn has been able to share a lot of her memories with close family and friends. She has followed in her father and grandfather’s steps when it comes to her love for the sport. Kathryn has been able to hunt all over Colorado, Nebraska, Texas, New Zealand, and Scotland. She desires to add more places to the list like her father has. She is a member of the Denver Sables and is on the board of Denver Safari Club International.

A recent Colorado State graduate with a degree in Marketing, Kathryn has learned important tools to support herself and clients in the Real Estate Field. Kathryn also has worked in the construction industry and is a certified Class A General Contractor.

With her diverse knowledge and background from farms, ranches, hunting, and construction Kathryn would be a great asset in helping buy and sell real estate.
