Kathryn was helpful from beginning to end in the process of us selling our home. She did a great job in managing our expectations while maintaining our price point and competing with comparable properties. She was really helpful in discussing what we needed to do to bring our property up to a selling capacity, what was worth fixing and what we should let go of, and she also had various connections for landscapers, contractors, and other vendors. She was always patient with us, and available to chat any time that we needed to. We ended up moving out of state before our property sold, and Kathryn was able to manage it without us even being here. Her friendly demeanor and character made us feel at ease during the whole process. Would 10/10 recommend using Kathryn as your Real Estate Agent!

We are first time buyers and so we did not know much of anything about buying a house. Kathryn took time to figure out our wants and needs and explaining the process to us. We end up buying a short sale home and worked with one of the worst banks that anyone had ever seen! This process was long and filled with a ton of challenges that Kathryn took head on! She literally fought for us to get our house and I am not 100% sure we would have made it through this process without her! 10/10 would recommend her to anyone!

Kathryn did an amazing job at getting a starter home for our son! She's so responsive, very knowledgeable about homes, and is great at executing a plan to submit a contract. Kathryn is very thorough from start to finish. Anytime you have questions, she doesn’t hesitate to give you immediate answers and give truthful feedback on properties or offers. I sent her SEVERAL properties every day until we got one and she worked very hard to get me the best option and in a very efficient way. She is always very upbeat and energetic. Along with that, she doesn’t try to pressure you into anything or rush you through a tour. She hears you and values you as a person throughout the whole process. Kathryn is awesome!

Katheryn was referred to us by a friend. We were looking for a new home from 700 miles away. Katheryn called us, got the know us and our kids, asked questions about what we valued in a home and what we wanted in our next one. She personalized the entire experience and made it fun. Simply put, Kathryn is the person you need on your side when buying a home!
As first time homebuyers, my wife and I were excited yet apprehensive as we began looking for a home. On top of those emotions, we had a really short window of time to find a home and close before our lease ended. Once we got in contact with Kathryn, we were confident that we found the person that could make this happen. Within the first couple days, she had us looking at multiple houses and was more than willing to offer her wealth of experience on what to look for when considering a home. As many reading this are sure to know, making offers on houses as soon as possible is the only way you'll be considered in the current market. Kathryn was extremely quick in writing up offers and provided us with a variety of ways to write a competitive offer that you absolutely need in the current market!
Kathryn goes above and beyond to make sure all the little details are covered and that your role is as stress free as it can be when purchasing a home. From the beginning until the very end of the process, Kathryn was in constant contact with us and the multitude of contacts needed to navigate the buying process. On top of all this, she got us through this entire process amid a global pandemic before our lease ended! Without her, we'd likely be stuck in another lease but now we are enjoying our new home.

Hi everyone! I write this review in the confort of my own home (that I own) all thanks to Kathryn!! I will be the first one to tell you that I used to be a firm believer on if something seems to good to be true, it usually ia. Well this changed when I met Kathryn and she became my realtor. I NEVER imagined being a home owner in the Denver metro area. I was sick of renting and was considering leaving the state I love so much so I could finally be a home owner. I was scrolling through my news feed when I saw information on Colorado First Time Home Buyer and was connected to Kathyrn. It was a long shot but I thought whats tbe worst that can happen? At this time I still had 7 months left of my renting lease. Kathryn and I worked out a timeline to reconnect based of when my lease was ending. She understood and was respectful of my financial barriers- I couldn't have a mortgage payment overlapping a rent payment. The timeline she created was perfect from when I needed to start looking to when I should cloae. Kathryn followed through and was the first to reach out when it was time to start looking! She helped me understand the process and all the new language of buying a home. On December 3rd 2020 I closed on my condo that I am absolutely in love with. I couldn't imagine doing this with Kathryn. She still keeps in touch and is a support when I need her even after closing on my place. She gave me great ideas on how to fix things up and I couldn't be happier. I highly highly recommend Kathryn to anyone who is wanting to be a home owner!

I have had the pleasure of being Kathryn’s client two times...once buying and once selling. She is an impressive agent. I say this mostly because she really doesn’t just care about her career. She genuinely cares about the well being of all people and it is apparent. Kathryn is extremely responsive and in the off chance she misses a call from you, it’s a very short time until she gets back to you. There have been multiple occasions she has called me just to check in on me and make sure certain things got done that didn’t help her at all. Just the other day she called me just to make sure I got a refund I was waiting for.....it did nothing for her to make that call but she made sure she didn’t forget about me more than a month after selling my home. This agent is punctual and always shows up with a smile on her face. 10/10 recommend Kathryn’s services.
