Kathryn Royer

Kat Royer is a graduate of Virginia Tech with a bachelor’s degree in hospitality and tourism management and a minor in real estate. She worked for 7 years in operations and sales for a major international hotel chain in DC, Baltimore, Frederick, and Hagerstown. Kat is a highly effective negotiator through her hotel sales background and service-with-a-smile attitude. Kat was able to settle down and finally work and play in the same place – Frederick! She and her husband, Zach Royer, fell in love with the charm of the city, and it was not long before they got married in their backyard overlooking the historic Frederick spires. Kat is proudly affiliated with Welcome Home Realty Group as a highly detailed and efficient salesperson who brings a flare of worldly hospitality to every real estate interaction.
