Kathryn Tong is an experienced Real Estate Professional who has been licensed by the Department of Real Estate in California since 2003. Kathryn’s expertise encompasses the marketing, selling, buying and leasing of various types of Commercial Real Estate including, but not limited to, Land, Office, Industrial, Subdivision and Specific Plans Land, and Mixed Use properties throughout Greater Los Angeles and Inland Empire area of California. Kathryn has accumulated more than 18 years of commercial real estate experience representing landlords, tenants, sellers, investors, and owner user buyers. Her primary focus is on corporate real estate, aligning small and medium size business’ corporate objectives with their specific real estate needs, and new lease negotiation and renewal. Kathryn has also assisted a number of Asian Pacific start-up companies establish their U.S. regional headquarters in Los Angeles.
