Kathryn White came into my life at exacty the right time! She was able to expertly guide me through the process of getting my mothers estate ready for sale. She was patient when I needed patience, and amazingly motivated when it was go time. I am so grateful for her knowledge, professionalism and insight during this difficult process. Kathryn White was a fantastic realtor. You can tell she knows the market and she draws on a wealth of experience - and for us, that experience paid off. We were first time home buyers and were looking to buy in the most competetive price bracket in our market. Kathryn went above and beyond in everything we asked. She met us whenever worked best for us for showings, kept our toddler entertained (an feat in itself) while we looked through the home, and was very responsive in providing any research and details on listings we were interested in.

We ended up purchasing a fantastic home in the neighborhood we loved and had been previously renting in. Kathryn helped us through a complex negotiation with the sellers and this is where her work ethic and experience really shined. Hopefully, we won't be buying or selling for a long time, but if we are, Kathryn will be our first choice.
