Kathy is a seasoned real estate professional with more than 30 years of experience buying and selling property. She specializes in all facets of the industry, adeptly guiding first-time homebuyers, luxury clients, and commercial investors through complex transactions.
In 2000, Kathy relocated from Seattle, Washington, to the Rogue Valley with her husband and two children to raise her family in Southern Oregon’s wholesome, family-friendly community—where the whole town shows up for the Friday night football game. Both her son and daughter graduated from Ashland High School.
Shortly after moving to Ashland, Kathy and her husband, Alan, built a 40-horse boarding and training facility on the outskirts of town. That hands-on experience gives her a deep understanding of the unique needs and considerations that come with rural and equestrian properties.
Kathy channeled her entrepreneurial spirit and passion for real estate into becoming a Realtor in 2013 and a Principal Broker in 2017. Since then, she has earned a reputation for outstanding service, representing buyers and sellers across the Rogue Valley with diligence, integrity, and market expertise.
