Kathy Alexander

Kathy Alexander’s commitment to her clients is truly Elite. Kathy graduated from the University of Tulsa with a bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing. She has been a Tulsa resident for more than 30 years and a full-time Realtor for more than 10 years.

Kathy is an Eagle Award winner for Top Sales Volume at Chinowth & Cohen REALTORS. She was also selected as the recipient for the company’s annual Leadership Award, an honor voted on by her peers. She is a Regents member of Luxury Real Estate, an exclusive network of the world’s most Elite luxury real estate professionals.

Prior to entering a career in real estate, Kathy owned a business in South Tulsa. In addition, Kathy worked with her husband’s construction company and quickly found she had a passion for working with buyers and sellers.

Her experience, knowledge, and passion for helping clients buy, sell, and custom build some of the finest properties in the Tulsa area has given her clients a favorable advantage. The real estate market is always changing, she makes it her goal to stay ahead and help her clients navigate through it with confidence.

Kathy has a unique ability to relate to her clients on a personal level because she moved frequently growing up. She understands the stress it can bring to families and their loved ones, which is why her top priority is to make the process run as smoothly as possible.

Kathy is actively connected to the community. Her knowledge of Tulsa’s public and private schools along with youth sports organizations continues to be helpful to local and relocating clients.

She volunteers for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and March of Dimes. Kathy also enjoys spending time with her husband, who is a Head High School Football Coach, and their three grown children.
