KATHY BARKER

Hello, my name is Kathy Barker.

With over 30 years of teaching experience, I’ve had the privilege of shaping the lives of many students and watching them grow into their full potential. I loved every moment of it - especially the creativity and problem-solving involved. Now, as a REALTOR, I get to bring that same passion for helping people and thinking outside the box into the world of real estate.

I’m lucky to share my life with my husband Adam, a proud Navy veteran, and our three amazing children - Allie and her husband Daniel, Alexa and her fiancee, Kendal, our son Cade, and our awesome furry friend, Marlowe. When I’m not working, you’ll find me hiking, walking, reading, or diving into something that sparks my curiosity. I’m always up for a new adventure.

I am a proud Texas Tech graduate. Guns up! Helping others is what drives me, and I am especially passionate about working with veterans and their families. My husband’s service has given me a deep respect and admiration for those who’ve served, and I strive to give back by supporting veterans in their home buying and selling journeys.
