Kathy Besse

Kathy has recently joined The Litchfield Company team as the lead Realtor for the new MINGO community on Willbrook Boulevard. Kathy is a graduate of Indiana University, with a Bachelor of Science in Forensic Studies. After vacationing in the Litchfield / Pawleys area for several years, it was an easy decision to make to relocate, when a friend asked her to move to the beach in 1993 for a business opportunity. As a Realtor, Kathy has excelled in on-site residential and commercial sales as well as general brokerage. Her time off is spent with her son, daughter and husband. They can be found walking the beach, surfing or kayaking in the river whenever possible.
