The reason I became a real estate professional in 1999 was because my home buying experience was horrifying. I didn't know anything as a first time home buyer and unfortunately, I didn't have an agent compatible with my needs. After doing my own negotiating, I decided to pursue real estate to help people achieve their real estate goals.
The bulk of my business comes from referrals. That alone speaks for itself. I help buyers create or change their style of living. I help sellers put into motion a new style of living conducive to their needs as well as get top dollar for their current home and invest smart in their future home.
