Kathy Divel is a third-generation real estate broker, licensed in California since 1976. She strategically markets, sells, and leases residential homes and 2–4-unit residential income properties in Southern California, and specializes in coastal South Orange County, focusing on the communities of San Juan Capistrano, San Clemente, Capistrano Beach, Dana Point, Laguna Niguel, and Mission Viejo.
In addition to 43 years of real estate sales experience, Kathy also has 13 years of experience as a real estate and estate planning paralegal.
Kathy grew up in Capistrano Beach, graduated from San Clemente High School, obtained Paralegal and Liberal Studies (General Business/Real Estate emphasis) degrees from Saddleback College, and attended Cal State Fullerton. Having lived in the Capistrano Beach/San Juan Capistrano area for more than 60 years, she has seen much growth and many changes. As a real estate professional, Kathy offers her clients the confidence of knowing the area intimately, as well as the marketplace.
