Kathy Fergus

At a very young age, Kathy told her parents that she wanted to be “a ballerina or a beach bum!” when she grew up. While the dancing never quite got started, she is very much a very experienced beach lounger! After three degrees from Morehead State University, Marshall University, and Vanderbilt University, she finally settled into a career in real estate working as a residential agent, new home sales representative, sales trainer, and a sales manager. All of these experiences are extremely valuable in her newest role, helping buyers, sellers, and builders successfully go from contract to closing. Kathy is passionate about her beach time and gets there as often as possible. Having her mom live on the beach is a wonderful excuse to get away! Keeping up with the adventures of two young grandnieces is always exciting and when at home, she loves time with her two Adore-A-Bull rescues, Cam, and Harry.
