Kathy Flowers is absolutely amazing! She helped us navigate a complicated buying process from out of town. She is a great communicator and kept us constantly informed. She was extremely invested in our happiness and helped us check all the boxes when purchasing our perfect home. She went above and beyond during every step of the way. We have complete faith in her and owe everything to her for making sure we ended up in our home! Kathy Flowers is an absolutely incredible relator and person. She quickly made us feel like friends rather than clients. She is wonderfully reliable, great with communication and stands up for her clients. Kathy went above and beyond for us as we attempted to by a home while living cross country. She is held in high regard in our household and we will always be appreciative of her effort and expertise. Should we ever need to sale or buy again she will be our 1st call.

Kathy is fantastic!!!! Friendly, responsive, knowledgeable, communicative, professional and the list goes on & on. I am NOT one of Kathy's lucky clients, however I am a Realtor in a different state that is working indirectly with one of her clients. We are all working together on a contingent, rather a double contingent escrow. Kathy has been instrumental in keeping things moving along and keeping me informed as the escrow that she is responsible for, moves along. As is normal with contingent escrows, there can be hiccups/delays. Kathy has been wonderful in doing what she can do remedy issues that have come up & keep everything moving along. Thank you Kathy for all that you are doing and do. Your clients and fellow Realtors are blessed to be able to work with you.

Kathy has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She helped us find a our first home 6 years ago and did such an amazing job that when It was time to sell, we called her up! Her work is top notch and professional. She got us into our second home after a quick and successful sell of the previous house. She always had all of her documentation and information in order. She always had complete knowledge of the process from start to finish. Her communication during the entire process was down to a T. Kathy makes herself readily available to her clients. If she says she will check on something for you she follows through.
As a buyer I had many questions and she answered them all. If she didn't know the answer she willingly sought out the answer.

Kathy is AMAZING! We began working with Kathy back in 2020 when searching for a rental property. Due to circumstances beyond our control, we had to back out of that sale. Kathy was gracious and understanding about our predicament so when it came time to search for our dream home in 2022, we knew Kathy was the agent for us. She was patient and really listened to what we were (and weren't) looking for. After several long months of looking, we found our forever home! Once we were under contract, Kathy worked diligently on our behalf to ensure that any issues were resolved to our satisfaction. She really went the extra mile advocating on our behalf and ensuring that our transaction closed given unique circumstances on the seller's side. She is skilled in making her clients at ease during transactions, which can often be stressful, emotional and overwhelming. Her exceptional marketing expertise includes tasteful staging of the property followed by a creation and posting of a beatiful movie and photos combination.

Ms. Flowers understands and anticipates the complexities and the client's stress that could be associated with a sale. First, let me say before my wife, and I arrived in Roseburg, Oregon, we knew no one at all other than Sarah’s sister and our nephew. We had never been here before and knew no one outside of Sarah’s sister and our nephew, and didn't know what to expect. When we arrived in the Roseburg, Oregon area, we quickly fell in love with the area. Part of our great response to this area was working with Kathy Flowers. Our realtor and our good friend Greg in California found Kathy Flowers for us and ensured that we would be well-taking care of, and boy he was right!

From the moment we first talked with Kathy on the phone (while we were still in California), my wife and I knew that we had found someone who was professional and who cared about us. When we first met Kathy, she immediately made us feel at home in this area. As we looked at houses from the morning to early afternoon all in one day (and ended up putting in an offer which was accepted), we knew that we had made the right decision having Kathy be our realtor. Having now moved here, my wife and I have felt very blessed to have worked with Kathy.

Here's what I will say: Kathy is a first-rate realtor. She is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. She works very hard for her clients and goes above and beyond. Her performance is all-world, in my opinion (and since this is a review, it is my opinion!).

We were looking for a good safe house to move a 77 year old friend into.
Kathy listened to our needs, understood our needs, and went to work.
A few days later we made an offer on a house.
There were several proposals, offers and counter offers made before finally agreement was reached. Kathy was so responsive that it was almost like the other agent and homeowner were in a room together. Follow up and communication was superb.
From every perspective, Kathy was outstanding. We strongly recommend her. If the need ever arises again, without doubt would look her up.

I can't say enough good things about Kathy and her qualities as a listing agent. She was on top of it at all times. From doing the virtual tour, having the pictures taken of the property and her presence at all the showings went above and beyond. In addition she let us know the feedback from potential buyers and their agents was a great insight to what was happening behind the scenes during the showings. In the aftermath of a devastating divorce, I found myself needing to liquidate the custom-built home I had intended to breathe my last in (no earlier than by 2050). Kathy Flowers has consistently earned my respect and gratitude every laborious step of the way, including finding and dealing with the best contractors possible to bring the property to escrow. She has taken my burdens on as her own and nursed the project through to completion. Kathy has proven to be the godsend I don't deserve, time and again going well beyond all expectations. All the while, she has stayed positive and supportive , and she has proven herself to be as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside (as hard as that might be to believe!).
