I first met Kathy Garrick as a parent at Meadowfield Elementary. I taught her two young boys Physical Education. She was very enthusiastic that not only her boys, but all the students should have excellent learning experiences. Whatever and wherever we needed Kathy , she was there to support our Physical Education program at Meadowfield. We became good friends and remained so after the boys were grown. When I needed a realtor to sell my mother's property, there was no other choice. Kathy was highly efficient, very caring, ethical, dependable and responsible. She held my hand through the entire process and made the transaction very easy. Kathy Garrick is a rare gem in today's society.

She was great to work with. She was very flexible with her time, very knowledgeable with the areas of town I wanted to look in, and very ambitious in making sure that I found the RIGHT home for me and my family.

Miss Garrick went above and beyond to the point that when I finally made my decision she made sure that I had all I needed to make sure the purchase went smoothly and without a hitch.

To say that she provided excellent customer service would be the understatement of the century. Kathy utilizes a consultative sales approach with her clients. The search was long, but she was patient with me and my request. She kept me informed on homes for sale in my price range and in the school district I was searching for. She not only made me happy she placed my children's request first!! She knew what they were looking for also in a home and she found the perfect place or us.
