About Kathy

Kathy Hidy is the top-producing agent at Keller Williams Capital in Coral Gables. Originally from St. Paul, Minnesota, she traded her snow boots for flip flops and relocated to fabulous Miami Beach in 1997, and became a proud resident of Coconut Grove soon after.

Kathy credits her success in real estate to her incredible passion for the industry and love of her town. She prides herself on being a true market expert—with deep roots in her community and strong connections with its residents. Kathy is also involved in Coconut Grove's Commodore Trail where the Hidy Homes Team is the proud sponsor of their annual Dog Show event every year.
