I normally do not do surveys but dealing with Kathy Fernandez and her team has been so outstanding I feel compelled to make an exception. From the first day I contacted her with a vague description of what I was looking for she provided me with many property’s to view, not knowing just what I wanted she picked my mind and found me what I did want. She worked with me to resolve all issues through the closing and beyond. I couldn’t recommend Katy and her team more highly!
