Kathy’s degree in Architectural Interiors from Purdue University gave her a successful career as a designer transitioning into business development and marketing for Fortune 500 companies. But it’s her career in real estate that combines all of her experience with her reputation for excellence that makes a difference in people’s lives by finding unique solutions for her clients. Kathy has a designer’s eye for potential and a business mind for thinking outside the box to fulfill her client’s needs.

Kathy puts heavy emphasis on continuing education in the field of real estate by earning several certifications most notably the National Association of Realtors GREEN Designation, enabling her to always be ahead of the curve in sustainability issues.
Kathy, her husband Dave and their very amusing dog Bentley live in Laguna Niguel. Kathy’s dedication to helping others is not just limited to Real Estate.
