Kathy Marshall

Kathy Marshall first entered the real estate field after graduating from the University of Florida, specializing in Real Estate and Urban Analysis. Establishing a solid foundation as a Certified General Property Appraiser, she was also successful in other facets of the industry including short-term rentals, hospitality, and sales. She is currently a licensed Realtor® in Florida and Delaware with 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. Kathy specializes in the sales of primary homes and investment properties in southwest Florida coastal communities. A native of Florida, Kathy enjoys spending time with family and many outdoor activities including kayaking, SUP, lacrosse, bicycling, photography, or just walking the beautiful beaches year-round!
