Kathy was exceptional throughout our home sale. Her attention to detail, excellent communication, professionalism, and timely follow-through made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She was always available to answer questions and provided outstanding support every step of the way. Buyers could see our home by appointment only and Kathy was very flexible in showing the home. We sold our home in five days and having a great realtor was key to that sale! She was very quick to reply to text messages or emails too. We highly recommend Kathy to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, dedicated, and trustworthy realtor!

Kathy was incredible to work with! We were first time home-buyers -- Kathy not only helped us learn what sorts of questions we should be asking (and what we should be looking for), but also was so good at helping us refine exactly what we wanted in our first home together. It sounds cheesy to say it, but I genuinely had a great time every time we went to visit houses with Kathy -- she always listened to exactly what we liked (and didn't like) in the house.

And, when it came time to put in an offer, Kathy helped us understand how to think about putting in a competitive offer, and then what to look for during inspections.

We're so happy with the home we purchased, and we couldn't have done it without her! I'd highly recommend anyone who's looking to buy a house to do so with Kathy!
