I was a Real Estate Broker myself for over 20 years so know how challenging the business can be. She handled every aspect of our complex back to back Sale & Purchase with great care, professionalism and great communications. I can not adequately express my appreciation to Kathy for the way she
handled the sale of my home. She managed to straddle the line between being a consummate professional, and making me feel as if I had found a new friend! Everything about the experience was wonderful.

Because there was a length of time between accepting an offer (on the second day the house was on the market) and the date I was able to choose for closing, Kathy was wonderful about checking in to keep me informed, making sure to answer any questions that might have arisen and just saying Hi! The closing was also quick, easy and professional.

I highly recommend Kathy Nelson to anyone who is selling or buying property. They will surely get the BEST there is!

Kathy was a fantastic help through the process of purchasing our new Lennar home. She was with us every step of the way and walked through a few homes with us as we waited for the right one.

Kathy's attention to detail and automated tools kept us informed multiple times a day of homes in our search criteria. When our house finally got the market she told us within an hour and we were able to contact the seller agent and get out dream home that day.

Kathy didn't stop there, even after we made our offer and it was accepted Kathy helped with the inspection process and keeping the seller team contacts in the information circle. And when we weren't getting quick answers Kathy when to bat for us and got us what we needed.

Kathy was absolutely wonderful to work with throughout our entire house hunting and home buying process. She took the time to really listen to all of our wants and needs for a potential house. She found great choices and options for us to tour. Although we went the new construction route, she was there with us throughout that process as well, from start to finish.
