Kathy O'Donnell Gibson

A fifth-generation Denver native, Kathy has been brokering residential real estate since 1989 with a book of business that is personal referral. Her goal is, not to be the biggest in the industry, but to provide the best service possible to her clients. Kathy works with a nice balance of both Buyers and Sellers in a variety of regions around the metro Denver area, from the Highlands and Applewood to the west, Westminster, and Broomfield to the north, and on through Central Denver to Cherry Hills and the southern suburbs. Having a broad scope of experience on which to draw helps her bring expertise to every unique transaction.
